China's diving star Bo Qiu was the obvious winner in the men's 10m platform with an overall
569.25 while podium challengers Thomas Daley (GBR) and world number 2 David Boudia (USA) finished in
second and third place, respectively.
With a day-high score 103.60 points for his dive - a Forward 4.5 Somersault, Tuck - Britain's
talent Thomas Daley was satisfied with a silver medal behind world champion Qiu Bo in the men's 10m
platform.
With China’s diving star Qiu Bo absent from the men’s 10m platform, teammate Lin Yue reached
the highest podium with a score of 546.25, 25.30 points ahead of silver-medallist Thomas Daley (GBR)
and David Boudia (USA), third with 518.40 points.

Back in the day, there were two national championship events that were held at distinct times and were given distinct names: Indoor Nationals and Outdoor Nationals. It was pretty obvious during that time that the Indoor Nationals were held when, for most of the nation, the event had to be conducted inside. You can't very well hold a diving meet outdoors in New York in January, although I'm sure that quite a few coaches would do it anyway!...Read Full Post
