OTTAWA - Canadian cyclist Benjamin Martel was handed a two-year ban Wednesday for a doping violation at the 2011 Quebec provincial road race championships. The presence of testosterone — which is on the World Anti-Doping Agency's prohibited list — was detected during in-competition doping
