Confirmed: Sutil lodges appeal over punishment

Adrian Sutil is lodging an appeal following the decision to hand the former F1 driver a suspended jail sentence and hefty fine. Last week, the German was given an 18-month sentence and penalty of 200,000 euros (£165,000). However, an appeal has also been launched by the public attorney of Munich to strengthen the ruling.
