Williams' celebrations of Pastor Maldonado's Spanish Grand Prix victory were cut dramatically short on Sunday afternoon after a fire broke out in the team's garage around 90 minutes after the end of the race, engulfing the Barcelona pit lane in thick smoke.
Mechanics from various teams took immediate action to extinguish the flames and emergency services arrived soon after

Fernando Alonso set Spanish hearts racing here in Barcelona on Friday morning by taking his Ferrari to the fastest time in the first practice session, nearly fourth-tenths of a second clear of Sebastian Vettel's Red Bull.
Alonso lapped in 1m 24.430s, Vettel in 1m 24.808s, but Kamui Kobayashi and Jenson Button were close, with 1m 24.912s and 1m 24.996s for Sauber and McLaren respectively

McLaren's Jenson Button will drive through the heart of Budapest on Tuesday. Button will be in action on a specially-constructed 1.6-kilometre street course in the Hungarian capital as part of the 'Raise Your Game Weekend' event, which has been arranged by McLaren's title sponsors Vodafone.

Michael Schumacher's difficult Bahrain weekend continued on Sunday morning after his Mercedes team confirmed he will drop five places on the starting grid as penalty for a late gearbox change.

Winning a race is one thing, dominating is another. And to win at your 111th attempt sounds like a near miracle. Few winning drivers have had to wait as long as Nico Rosberg for their first victory, but after his triumph in China last weekend the floodgates may just have opened.
