Professor Renato Migliaccio, owner of the Sampa Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts center, has announced that he is offering a free self-defense seminar for 40 years old and Plus in the communities of Glendora, San Dimas, Covina, Azusa and La Verne. The event will take place at 2 p.m. on Feb. 4. Those interested in participating are asked to call 626-335-497.
