When Tulane head coach Curtis Johnson was hired away from the New Orleans Saints last December, the new Green Wave boss stated that his program would aggressively target prospects from Louisiana. In particular, Johnson sought success in the local metro area and he has succeeded at programs such as Helen Cox, which is sending '12 LB Royce LaFrance and '13 DE Eldrick Washington to Tulane.
